Project Breakdown

Overview
As part of Cincom’s in-house team, I was tasked with modernizing how the brand shows up online at the proposal stage. Deliverables included four distinct web design proposals, a reusable component system, isometric service illustrations, and marketing collateral to support sales and product teams.

Key Objectives

  1. Present four web UI/UX proposals that explore layout, IA, and visual direction within Cincom’s palette.
  2. Improve clarity for product stories and CTAs across desktop and mobile.
  3. Produce supporting assets—illustrations, brand-type pages, and promo graphics—for consistency.

Process

  1. Discovery & Direction
Reviewed brand guidelines and current site; aligned with Marketing & Product stakeholders on goals and success criteria.
  2. Wireframes & IA
Built responsive frames focusing on navigation, hero storytelling, trust signals, and conversion paths.
  3. Visual Design
Applied Cincom blue/white primaries with secondary accents; designed cards, iconography, data modules, and AA-accessible color contrast.
  4. Isometric Illustrations
Created service-area isometrics (infrastructure, planning, risk/assessment, software services) to visualize complex offerings.
  5. Proposal Iterations
Delivered four themed explorations, device mockups, and presentation decks; incorporated feedback and refined components.
  6. Marketing Materials
Produced landing assets, email/social headers, and a lightweight brand-type & color guide for internal teams.

Impact

  • Faster stakeholder alignment during proposal reviews with a clear component system.
  • Consistent visual language across web comps and marketing touchpoints.
  • Reusable UI patterns that informed subsequent pages and sales collateral.
